Polio has been the flagship project of Rotary worldwide. Rotary club of Pune sports city initiated a project on Polio day this year on three different platforms. A hoarding communicating about Polio and prevent was set up at busy Senapati Bapat Road where more than 100,000 passing by commuters got the message. A polio booth was set up at Westend Mall Pune wherein more than 100 kids were administered with polio drops. A bike rally along with Rotaract team went around the city communicating about prevention steps and importance of eliminating Polio from our life. Thsi was well appreciated by citizens of Pune and Polio warriors.
