Sadhana Joshi, Secre. PP.Sameer Gupte, PN. Sushrut Sardesai ,Rtn. Dr. Rajesh Pawar, PP. Vinod Patil, PP. Brij Sethi, PP. Sandesh Savant, Rtn. Ajit Ghate, _______________________________________________________________________________ Following Points were discussed: SWOT ANALYSIS: *Weakness: Average age above 50, treasury compliance issues, lacking technology, correct guidance, mentoring for new members It was consented by all that having maximum members of Age Group between 50to 59 yrs is to be considered as strength of the club and not a weakness. This age group being matured and vocationally settled with good experience to be considered as an advantage. We have succeeded to bring the treasury affairs all on track and proud to note RY 23-24 was the 1st FY to acquire a PAN for the Club Account , completed the audit and the Income Tax Returns were filed along with the Trust Income Tax Returns well within time limit. Lack of Correct Guidance to members- All experienced members are working on this to mentor the new members by appointing a Buddy Member (Introducing Member). It was concluded that Inclusion and Involvement of new members into the club activities and projects is the way to go forward. • Threats: Lack of participation, retention due to lack of involvement in club events, Underutilization of members’ skills, smoother functioning of treasury. More Interactions, increase in personal calls and follow up to confirm inclusion and participation is needed. Also intermittent updates on club’s achievements in all avenues to be brought forward to instigate members’ interest & take part in club activities. The goals set earlier were revised as follows Membership: Year 24-25 25-26 26-27 No. of Membership 65 70 75 Rotaract Club 2 2 3 Interact Club 1 1 2 Charter A New Rotary Club Yes If Possible Yes If Possible Yes If Possible RCC( Rotary Community Corps) 1 1 1 Foundation Year 24-25 25-26 26-27 Contribution to APF ($) 15000 15000 15000 Contribution to POLIO Fund 2000 2000 2000 17000 17000 17000 Every Rotarian Every Year 100% 100% 100% The Club Contribution to Global Grants will be done as per Requirement every year.
