| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of the Board Meeting held on 18th April, 2022, at 7.30 pm on Zoom via Zoom Online Video Conference Attended by: President Kiran, IPP Manojeet, Rtn Neeraj , PE Kennedy, PP Vinod, PP Brij Absentee: PP Amita, PP Madhav, Rtn Ajay, Rtn Bhupinder, PP Rupinder, Rtn Durgesh , PP Dr Rajesh , PP Sanjay W, PP Bhrigesh 1. The Board approved MOM of meeting No 7 of March 2022. 2/3/4. Update on Treasury matters- presented by PE Kennedy a. Status of membership due collection: All the members have paid the membership dues Both for RCPSC and Satellite club. b. Trust Collections – Only two members outstanding . (Rishikesh and Subodh Moghe) c. President will write to both members a final letter that membership may be terminated if dues not cleared by 30th April 2022. d. Board has cleared Rs15000 for Rotaract Club of MITCON. Rs 25000 is provided in the budget for Rotaract support. e. Total balance in Club Account : Rs2,60,594 Balance in Trust account Rs45,26,230. ( In clearing Rs 27,00,00 Vestibulator + Rs 57750 Wheel Chairs ). 5. President informed a new Satellite club being formed in PBS. This will essentially comprise of teaching faculty with 10 members to begin with. Board has approved the proposal. 6. President expressed her concern about lack of information for IISER project. Kennedy has agreed to speak with Sameer and get the details. 7. Both the CSR projects have been physically completed but the Completion/Utilisation certificate is in progress 8. Vestibulator project is approved. 9. Wheel Chair project is approved. 10. Proposed Blood Donation Camp at PYC tentatively on 17th June is approved. 11. Rtn Ajit is working on the PANCARD application. A meeting is due with Auditors to finalize the AOP. Application expected to be filed by April end. 12. The documents have been submitted to Adv Mukesh Pardeshi. Few more documents are being arranged and application likely to be filed by April end. 13. The Committee for finding a replacement of PN-2023-24 Rtn Ajay has found no suitable Candidate. Board has decided to make an appeal to Past Presidents with preference for PPs from Clubs/Districts. 14. The following board members have informed about their leave plans President Kiran- 1st to 6th May. Trainer Brij. 15th May to 31st May. IPP Manojeet. 7th May to 15th June. 15 IPP Manojeet had asked about the Trust accounts status and the Club Treasurer informed that the team is working on the same. 16 IPP Manojeet brought to the notice of the Board that the Byelaws of the club needed an updation and had requested that the same be discussed in the Club Assembly. 17 The BoDs agreed to the point on reducing the club meetings from 4 to 2 per month and include project meets as a part of the club meetings.
