Kennedy) 1. Status of membership due collection as on 14th July : 25 members paid 2. Status of mandatory Donation from members to Trust - 21 members paid as on 14th July. 3. Status of Club Account - INR 5,16,306 as on 14th July, 2021/ 57,000 payment made 4. Status of Trust account - INR10,01,003 as on 14th of July 2021/ 5.50 lakhs payment made 5. Request for club account (RY 2020 -21) audit to be done by PP Vinod and PE Kennedy - Club accounts shall be given by Trilok by July end to BOD 6. Status of Audit of last FY for Trust account - shall be given by Trilok by July end to BOD 7. Satellite Club of Pune Sports City - Ispira - 12 members member fee INR 8000 and trust fee INR 2000 8. Satellite club dues are INR 72,000 and trust dues are INR 18,000. 9. INR 25000 received from Avdoot Constructions. 10. Status of club balance as on 30th June – INR 171,566 11. Status of club balance as on 30th June – INR 12,30,859 Environment projects (PP Rtn. Rupinder) 1. To approve Project Total value INR 15,000 for tree plantation on Baner hills - Approved INR 15,000 for the 10 plants. 2. Updated the BoD about the donation of INR 13000 for first year done by Rtn Sadhana and Rtn. Nitin Joshi-Board will review in the next meeting after discussions with Rupinder may be for the three years. 3. To approve the payments of Green Earth INR 5120 vs INR 6000 ( which was approved in Joint BoD) - Approved by the BOD __________________________________________________________________________________ _____________ Rotary Club of Pune Sports City, 427 Sindh Housing Society, Aundh, Pune 411007 ROTARY CLUB OF Pune Sports City RID 3131 - 31139 PI (PP Vinod) To approve the video cost INR 21240 against approval of INR 15000 in joint BoD - Approved by the BOD Service projects (PP Rtn. Sanjay Wadhwa) 1. Quotation approval for repair of tablets. The estimate is 8,800.-School is planning to pay these expenses. 1. Proposal approval to donate 50 food packets to 50 Families for INR 500 each.-Bod decided that this project can be done by the club members individually. Sanjay Wadhwa will make an appeal to the members for 15 days. 2. Request for Project reports of large value for RY 2021 -22 3. Basic Education and literacy-24 Lakhs 4. Training of the village Girls to be Midwife At Nursing Sane Guruji Hospital-24 lakhs 5. Digital Literacy for the Rural Schools- INR 24 Lakhs 6. Tejesh Briefed a proposal of distribution of 43 tablets Thru( Reffered by Mr.Rahul walunj / Mr. Ajit Walunj) to Zila Parishad Primary School for the 5,6 and 7th class students. Expense is INR 8000/ each tablet. 7. Board advised Tejesh to collect more details and we may approve 15 or 20 tablets and should be given to schools and not to the Students individually. We can provide funds for this project from the Trust. Part of the money can come from the School. Resident have planned a visit to the school to finalise all the points raised by the body 8. Donation Receive from Avdoot can be used in the literacy projects. Medical projects: (PP Madhav) 1. Blood Donation Camps on 4th of August at Finolex Cables Limited at Urse Village Time 10am to 3:00 PM 2. 22nd August at Warasgaon for the eye check-up camps for the tribal people for the age group more than 35 years. 3. Free Spectacles either can be tied up with opticians. Rtn, Brij Sethi has proposed to sponsor the free spectacles for 100 nos. 4. For Ladies Cancer detection camps and blood sugar level test 100 rupees per person. 5. Budget requirement for the Iron supplements 60,000(300x and 20,000(100x200) BOD advised to check with our PP Rtn Deepak if these supplements can be arranged through him free of cost. Membership ( Rtn. Ajay) 1. Approval given to form 1 satellite club of 15 members as of now 11 members joined. 2. Members proposed and recommended by Rtn. Three members were proposed by President and are expected to join by August end. 4. Biren will be the mentor for the Satellite Club. 5. BMK Sethi Appealed to bring one member each by the board member by Septembers end. 6. Manojeet spoke about the retention of the New Members and assimilation of the new members. Inter avenue (Rtn. Neeraj) 1. Planning and coordination between various avenues 2. Neeraj proposed online attendance marking thru the QR code. 3. Neeraj also proposed Forms for the Projects to be submitted in the structured format. 4. Jayu complaint about the Edit Profile function not working on the Dist Website Youth ( PP Bhrigesh) 1. Require approval to charter a new Rotract club in Pune Business School.- Approval given by the BOD. 2. Approval for mini RYLA at Pune Business School on 7th August, 2021.- Approval Given by the BOD. Any other points with the permission of chair. Following points were added 1. Donation Receive from Avdhoot can be used in the literacy projects. 2. Drop Club name: Brij proposed the point of removing the name of Club from the 3 Name of our Club in brief and requested to take up in the next BOD. 3. Vaccination of 300 students of Dakshana Society : Brij briefed on the request received a proposal from one of the Dakshana Society for the Vaccination of 300 Students. 4. National Anthem Issue: Bod has given their views that National Anthem is a protocol of Rotary and we should go ahead With NA as usual.. 5. Trust issues: Brij has briefed the trust issues and appealed to all the members ‘to sign all the documents which are available with Nitin’s office asap.
