The Rotary Club of Pune Sport City is thrilled to announce the success of our recent preventive cervical cancer vaccination drive for girls at Gurukulam. It was truly inspiring to witness the community rally around such a vital cause. With your generous support, we were able to provide crucial vaccinations to many young girls, paving the way for a healthier future. Specifically, we administered HPV vaccines to 42 girls and Typhoid vaccines to 70 boys, with a total cost of ?250,950. This project was executed with 100% contribution by the Jivika Foundation. The beneficiaries are tribal children of nomads at Gurukulam Residential School in Chinchwad, Pune. We are deeply grateful to everyone who participated, volunteered, and helped spread the word.
