| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of meeting for Club Assembly No 3 of RY 19-20 on 19th May, 2020, 6.30 pm. Approved the minutes of Club Assembly no 2 held on 17th December, 19. 2. President updated all members about the collection and expenditure as well as beneficiaries of the Club COVID project carried out during the last two months. 3. President informed that we have received a request from DG for nominating a member to the Council of Legislation of Rotary International. The prerequisite of the candidate is that he/she should be past District Governor. It was resolved that our member, PDG Dr Mahesh Kotbagi will be proposed from our Club. 4. Secretary described the process of election of DGND of our District for the RY 2022-23. Profile of all the three candidates have been shared with all the Club members along with the agenda of this Assembly. Secretary invited members to share their thoughts about the candidates. Few of the Senior members of the club shared their thoughts. President invited vote of the assembly by raise of hands. President casted the vote for DGND online on behalf of the Club as decided by the Assembly. 5. President proposed a vote of thanks for all the members.
