To consider request of Balkalyan Sanstha for a Smart TV instead of projector. Budget : Rs 45,000 ( to be shared with two other Clubs) 5. To consider request from Sane Guruji Hospital for additional 100 Cataract Surgeries 6. To update about status of Change reports of the Trust. 7. Update on new Interact Club – Vidyanchal School – plan for installation and charter 8. To update about the implementation of approved GG on Teachers Training and Happy School at Karunj. 9. | Minutes of Meeting | Minutes for Meeting No 7 of Board of Directors and Trustees of RY 19-20 on 17th March, 2020, 7 pm. Venue : B- 14 Abhimanshree society, gate No 4, Pashan, Pune 411008 Attended by : Vinod Patil, Ajay Thourani, Dr Rajesh Pawar, Dr Madhav Kankawale, Bhupender Sethi, Kennedy Samuel, Dr Amita Kotbagi, Sameer Gupte and Manojeet Chowdhury 1. Approved the MOM of Meeting no 6. 2. Update on Treasury matters a. Status of membership due collection – 3 members have not paid the membership annual dues. President is following up with all of them b. Status of mandatory Donation from members to Trust – same 4 members have not paid till date. Rtn Bhupinder and President will speak with all of them to transfer. c. Balance in Club Account : Rs 60,000. For fellowship during the rest of the meetings of the year, Rs 25,000 will be required. d. Status of Trust account – Balance : Rs 6,69,000. As on date, Commitment to pay i. SGH : Rs 3,25,000, ii. Mask distribution project : Rs 13,000 iii. Auditor fee : Rs 20,00 iv. Maths Workshop : Rs 12,500 v. Sinhagad Dental Rotaract : RS 3,500 vi. RH Chakan : Rs 5,000 vii. TV at Balkalyan : Rs 25,000 viii. Total : Rs 4,05,000 3. Approved induction of new member Mr Subhash Lonkar. 4. Approved request of Balkalyan Sanstha for a Smart TV instead of projector. Budget : Rs 45,000 ( to be shared with two other Clubs). Our contribution limited to max Rs 25,000. 5. Suggested to take up request of SGH for additional 1000 Cataract surgeries during next RY. 6. President briefed that there has not been any progress regarding Change reports with Charity Commissioner. He will take it up personally and update the Board during the next meeting. 7. Due to examination time, Installation and charter of new Interact Club at Vidyanchal School is not completed yet. The current plan is to schedule between 15th to 20th June 20202. Rtn Kiran Rao will take this up. 8. President updated that the Happy School project at Karunj has begun with compound wall work which will end by 31st March. Teachers Training GG has completed 5 sessions and next schedule is after the examinations. 9. Due to paucity of time, RYLA in Rahimatpur will be taken up in the next RY. 10. Other points discussed are as below a. Dr Madhav informed about a training program being conducted for Doctors on COVID 19 at RH Chakan. Board approved a budget of Rs 5,000 b. Dr Madhav proposed to consider a GG for providing Digital Xray unit at RH Chakan. Further details to be collected before the next Board meeting. c. Base kitchen of our usual Fellowship contractor has been closed and he has expressed inability to deliver for weekly meetings. Rtn Bhupinder will explore about alternate contractors who can deliver at Balkalayan. 11. President proposed a vote of thanks to the members.
