To inform about appointment of Jt Treasurer. 5. Update on new Interact Club – Vidyanchal School – plan for installation and charter 6. To discuss the planning of next RYLA in Rahimatpur 7. To update about the implementation of approved GG on Teachers Training and Happy School at Karunj. 8. To update about NID Polio drive on 19th Jan, 20 9. | Minutes of Meeting | Minutes for Meeting No 6 of Board of Directors and Trustees of RY 19-20 on 28th Jan, 2020, 6 pm. Venue : Balkalyan Sanstha, Near Rajbhavan, Ganeshkhind Road, Pune 411007 Attended by : Vinod Patil, Bhupender Sethi, Dr Rupinder Kaur Beri, Kennedy Samuel, Sadhana Joshi, Dr Amita Kotbagi, Sameer Gupte and Manojeet Chowdhury 1. Approved the MOM of Meeting no 5. 2. Update on Treasury matters a. Status of membership due collection – 4 members have not paid the membership annual dues. President is following up with all of them b. Status of mandatory Donation from members to Trust – same 4 members have not paid till date c. Balance in Club Account : Rs 2,40,000. d. Status of Trust account – Balance : Rs 7,03,000. 3. Approved payment of RI dues of USD 3024.18 for 66 members. 4. Appointment of Jt Treasurer – not finalised yet. President has arranged to prepare the Trust and Club account on Tally. 5. Due to examination time, Installation and charter of new Interact Club at Vidyanchal School is not completed yet. Rtn Kiran Rao will take this up and schedule as soon as possible. 6. Discussion about the next RYLA in Rahimatpur will be taken up in the next BOD meeting. 7. Update about the implementation of approved GG a. Teachers Training – Training programs will start from 4th February. b. Happy School at Karunj – Awaiting fund from TRF. Bank account has been opened. Work will start in March,20 subject to receipt of fund. c. OPD at Sane Guruji – Work is almost complete. Opening by DG and hand over to SGH for start of operation is planned for 12th February, 20. 8. President updated about NID Polio drive on 19th Jan, 20. We participated in 12 booths in Aundh, Baner and Balewadi area. Total number of children vaccinated are 4,256. One booth at Westend Mall was completely managed by our members and Anns. 9. Approved payment of Rs 5,000 for Joint meeting on 25th January, 20 at Turf Club. 10. Rtn Kennedy informed about a project done in Panchawati Hills for cutting of grass and delivering to a Dairy Farm. This project was done along with Rotaractors of DY Patil Club. It was agreed to hand over certificates to all the participants. 11. Rotaract Club of Sinhagad Dental college conducted a Dental camp recently.
