To approve participation in Cervical Cancer vaccination GG project of RC Laxmi Road. Amount USD 2,100 5. Update on new Interact Club – Vidyanchal School – plan for installation and charter 6. To discuss the planning of RYLA in October to December. 7. To discuss about GG on Teachers Training and consider request of IPP Dr Rupinder Beri to relieve her of the responsibility of Primary Contact 8. To update about Sane Guruji Hospital OPD renovation project GG. Planning for commencement of the project 9. To update about Fund raising project -90 ML on World Polio Day on 24th October, 19. 10. To appraise about District 3131 reorganization proposal. 11. To discuss about TRF Seminar planning – 10th Nov, 19 12. Any other points with the permission of chair. | Minutes of Meeting | Minutes of Meeting No 4 of Board of Directors and Trustees of RY 19-20 Held on 11th October, 2019, 7 pm to 8.30 pm Venue : Club House, Abhimanshree Society, Pashan, Pune Attended by : Vinod Patil, Bhupender Sethi, Sameer Gupte, Kiran Rao, Dr Madhav Kankawale, Kennedy Samuel, Sadhana Joshi, Dr Rupinder Beri Dr. Rajesh Pawar, Dr Amita Kotbagi and Manojeet Chowdhury , Special Invitee : Dr Mahesh Kotbagi, Shankar Mukherji, Anjali Srivastav Leave of absence granted to : Brij Sethi, Jayashree Halbe, Ajit Ghate, Dr Ashutosh Dubey, Ajay Thourani 1. Approved the MOM of the last BoD held on 17th Sept, 19. 2. Treasury matters could not be discussed in absence of the Treasurer. It was decided to take it up during the next meeting. a. Status of membership due collection : Out of 63 members, only 36 members have paid the membership dues and 32 members have paid the mandatory Rs 5,000 to the Trust. b. This needs to be personally followed up once the list is available from the Treasurer. 3. President informed that 5 new members are completing the process and Induction will be planned during the month of November, 19. Details will be placed in the next BoD. 4. Approved participation in Cervical Cancer vaccination GG project of RC Laxmi Road. Amount USD 2,100 5. Interact Club at Vidyanchal School has been approved by RI. Charter and Installation ceremony will be scheduled in the month of November,19. 6. Director Youth – Kiran Rao briefed about forthcoming RYLA on 23rd Nov, 19 at DY Patil Institute of Management. Rotaractors from all the three Rotaract Clubs will be invited to participate in the same. Topics covered will be on Peace and Conflict Management. 7. Discussed about the pending GG Application for Teachers Training and the request of IPP to change the Primary Contact. It was decided that the Primary Contact can not be changed at this stage of approval process and requested IPP Dr Rupinder Beri to continue. We have received some queries with a deadline of 15th November,19. PDG offered to assess this GG project and assist in getting the MOU from Maharashtra state Govt Education Board. After the approval is received, the Primary Contact role may be taken over by one of the Secondary Contacts. 8. Board was informed that the Funds have been received from RI for ‘GG for Sane Guruji OPD renovation’. The project work will begin from 1st week of Nov, 19. 9. President updated the Board about progress made in our Fund Raising project 90 ML. All members were requested to distribute Donation passes in their own circle and also look for possible Sponsors. 10. PDG appraised the Board about the proposed District Reorganisation proposal received from the DG’s office. Board decided to vote in favour of the proposal as per Ballot paper received from DG’s office and update all the Club members during the next weekly meeting of the Club. 11. PDG informed that our Club has been assigned to host the District TRF seminar and Zonal felicitation of RIPN on 10th November. An organising committee will be formed for successfully organising this event. All Club members need to participate in making this prestigious event a big success. 12.
