| Minutes of Meeting | The meeting proceeded as per the agenda and on a tight time schedule. Meeting with DG, AG, Pres, PE, PN, Secy. The DG took a review of the strategic planning and governance and expressed views. Club Assembly with Board of Directors : President made a presentation on progress of the club avenue wise and visa-a-visa the goals. Presentation Suggestions on addressing key areas of Foundation giving were touched upon by the DG. Some directors made spontaneous commitments for contributing to the Rotary Foundation. The District Foundation Director also made an appeal. Meeting with President of Rotaract Clubs: DGstressed on the need for Rotractors to participate with the parent club and in their projects rather than in isolation. General meeting with all Club members and Anns : Was attended by all. The president presentated the report of the club.
